Refund Policy

We want refunds to be simple. Email hello@arboristpracticetest.com (or use our contact form) and we will sort it out quickly.
14-day money-back guarantee on every plan
If you are not happy for any reason, including if you sit the exam within 14 days of buying and don't pass, email us within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you paid with, or include your order ID. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, and your access link stops working. You don't have to give a reason.
Pass guarantee (Complete Prep)
If you bought Complete Prep and don't pass the ISA Certified Arborist exam, we extend your access by 12 months at no cost so you can prepare for your retake, including any questions and features we add in that time.
To claim it, email us within 30 days of receiving your result:
- a copy of your official ISA result notice or score report showing that you did not pass, and
- your order ID, or send the email from the address you paid with.
We reply within two business days. The extension is added to your existing access link. It can be claimed once per purchase. If you sit the exam within 14 days of purchase and don't pass, you may choose a full refund under the 14-day policy above instead. The guarantee does not cover exam fees paid to ISA or any other costs.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Waffo.com Limited, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles refunds together with us. Card refunds usually take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you were charged twice or bought the wrong plan, tell us and we will refund the duplicate or switch you to the right plan.
Please contact us before disputing a charge
If something looks wrong, email us first. We can usually fix it the same day, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.
